Jengkol typical Indonesian food

Ingredients and spices:
500 grams jengkol
500 ml of water
4 tablespoons of cooking oil
2 bay leaves
1 stalk lemongrass
4 cm galangal, crushed
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
puree:
10 pieces of curly red chili
8 grains of red onion
6 cloves garlic
salt to taste
How to Make Jengkol Sambal Balado Seasoning Spicy Padang:
