Our villa is situated little south of Yogyakarta,
Although close to the touristic centre of Yogya, the international airport, and Prambanan .. are very close ( half an hour drive)
One hour and a half away from Borobudur.
Near to Parangtritis beach, and Immogiri sultan tombs. (half an hour drive)
In the middle of fields, very calm...and healthy fresh air! Honey birds are flying around in the garden.

All our guets love our overflow swimming pool 5 on 10 m!
The healthy breakfast is included; and can be served from very early morning 4.30 till 10.30 in the morning!
Other meals are on request.
Bottled drinking water from the gallon is provided.
Bicycles to explore the region, can be used free.
New Car (and driver) available for hire.
Massage service is available on request.
We can arrange trips, courses to local attraction places
We have special baby bed for guests travelling with infants.
We guarantee personal service. If the owner is absent, the friendly family and staff serves you with pleasure.

This is a place to relax. Enjoy it!
The owner is living in same property.
If the owner is absent, there is still friendly house staff and family to help you.
Even when the owner is absent, he stays in contact with you by (website hidden) and e-mail!
Smoking in the room is not allowed, but outside, and on the terrace no problem.
